As the vibrant spirit of Pohela Boishakh ushers in a new beginning, it gives me immense pleasure to announce the publication of the 5th issue of Golf & Beyond. With this edition, we proudly step into our third year—a journey much like that of a growing child, filled with learning, exploration, and steady progress.
It is our aspiration that Golf & Beyond continues to evolve—not only in age and volume, but in excellence—contributing meaningfully to social development through the promotion of sports and tourism.
Although this is our January–March issue, we have dedicated it as our Independence Day Special, commemorating the great Independence Day of Bangladesh—a timeless symbol of sacrifice, courage, and national pride. This year’s observance carries added significance, as Bangladesh has embarked on a renewed democratic journey following the national election held on February 12.
Under the leadership of Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus and the interim government, this democratic transition marks a pivotal milestone in the nation’s path toward prosperity and sustainable development.
I firmly believe that sports—particularly golf and cricket—can play a dynamic role in this national transformation by fostering unity, discipline, and international engagement. As a publication of Tiger Golf Club, Golf & Beyond remains committed to promoting both sports and the tourism industry, contributing to Bangladesh’s positive global image.
On this auspicious occasion of the New Year, I extend my heartfelt wishes for continued success, growth, and excellence.
All the best.
Warmest regards,
